WHO WE ARE

The ICDSA is a professional labor organization that represents members in matters related to employment, working conditions and benefits.  We maintain an average of 200 members ranging across twenty-nine different job classifications within the County of Imperial, with the majority being Deputy Sheriffs and Correctional Officers.  We are the bargaining unit recognized by the County of Imperial for these job classifications and our five member elected Board of Directors make up the governing body of the organization.
